This year’s theme was selected 2 years ago.

The 2025-2026 Reflections theme is

I Belong!

Submitted by Ben Morgan, 6th grader,

Virtual Form

This isn’t the form yet, don’t share with your students!

We will take you through the process to set up the form, and get a link you can share.

7 of 23

First, make sure this is the Google Drive account you want to use for Reflections entries.

HIghly recommend that you create a brand new Gmail account to collect your Reflections submissions, if you don’t have one already.

Every Gmail account gets 15GB free storage, more than enough for most PTAs. If you need more storage, 100GB is $2 per month or $20 per year, which is an allowable Reflections Expense.

Second, Select

“Make a Copy”

Slide Title Here

Select “Restore”

This will create the 7 Art Category Folders to catch all the submissions and organize them into the correct folder.

9 of 23

You’ll know you are “Behind the Curtain” if you see “Sections”

The students will never see this, only you will.

Please do not make changes to the “Sections”

Select the ‘eyeball’ to see the form that the students will see.

The Unit should save the form under their school name

10 of 23

Use the “Publish” button to send the form to the students.

11 of 23

Press “Publish” to get to the next step.

12 of 23

Almost ready to share with your students!

Now click the Link button - located in the red circle.

13 of 23

Check the box with “Shorten URL” to get a smaller link.

Share this link OR create a QR code using QR code creation software.

Put your QR code (or the tiny url) in your Bulletins, on your Social Media, or on flyers.

14 of 23

This is what the student will see.

Use a NON-school email address, both for student AND parents

School emails do not allow emails from outside the system, so the student will not receive the confirmation of receipt of their submission or any emails you send them.

15 of 23

The form will automatically take the student to the art category upload section that they selected and will require them to upload the correct file type.

Here, the student chose “Visual Arts”, and is prompted to upload the picture of their artwork.

16 of 23

The student must select the “SUBMIT” button to have their entry accepted!

The student should also receive an email confirmation to the email address they provided in the submission.

17 of 23

Here’s how to see your responses. Choose the “Responses” Tab.

Next, select the Green Gift Box to get to the Response/Entry Spreadsheet.

18 of 23

Don’t Forget!

  • Make sure ALL Entry Folders are set so Anyone with the Link can View!
  • Share your spreadsheet so anyone with the link can view
