The Rotary Foundation Mission

The mission of The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International is to enable Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, the support of education, and the alleviation of poverty.

A single block grant from TRF, awarded annually to the District for club and district projects.

• TRF Funds distributed by the District (guidelines vary by District)

• Local decision making with flexible guidelines

• Must include active Rotarian participation
• Adhere to stewardship guidelines
• Clubs Apply through the District
• Must Align with the Foundation’s

DISTRICT GRANT ACTIVITIES

• Requires a partner club in another country
• Aligns with one of the seven Areas of Focus
• Includes active community and Rotarian participation
• Has long-term, sustainable benefits
• Has measurable results
• Has a total budget of at least $30,000 (includes matching contributions from District and World Fund)

• Can be funded through either by District or Global Grants (requirements differ).

• Master’s degrees or professional development certificates.
• Fields of Study related to peace studies and conflict resolution.

Follow on contributions are recognized as Paul Harris levels 2-9 up to Major Donor status at the $10,000 level

Paul Harris Society

• The Paul Harris Society is�named for Rotary’s founder,�and is made up of dedicated�supporters who annually�contribute $1,000 or more to�the Annual Fund, PolioPlus or a Global Grant.
• 341 PHS members last year (37% of our total Annual Fund donations)� Special recognition, including event� at the District Conference
