The Parameters

  • Normal freestanding house: 2,000 square feet, 4 BRs, 2 Baths, basement, ADU?, etc.
  • New construction using current methods, materials, & technologies (not a renovation!).
  • Location: Semi-rural MA or CT (requires heating & AC).
  • Detached garage or shed.
  • 1-3 acres land with space for solar panels, geothermal system, garden, pond, etc.
  • Well water & septic system.
  • Two BEVs.
