  • Report time spent on teaching, research, extension, and administration
  • Reflect overall role, not specific tasks
  • Use (re)appointment letter as a guide
  • Enter the term and year in Interfolio

Helpful Reminders

  • Each section has a detailed description
  • Check the “Status” field carefully
  • Ensure the “Term”, “Year”, and “Year Pub” correct
  • New faculty: Enter historical data once
  • Continuing faculty: Only enter/update activities for the specific annual period during the activity input timeframe
  • Remove duplicate journal articles with similar status

  • Data sourced from Maestro and preloaded
  • Snapshot of proposal and award information
  • Changes in Maestro data may take time to reflect
  • Some data cannot be edited
  • Manually enter proposals/awards that do not exist in Maestro

  • Courses Taught: Only A&M courses preloaded
  • Courses at other institutions can be entered in the "Other Teaching and Instruction" section
  • AEFIS: Evaluation data uploaded (only for faculty teaching courses at TAMU)

  • Undergraduate Advising: mentoring, research guidance, club/team(s) support
  • Graduate Student: preloaded if on TAMU committees; manual entry also available for non-TAMU students
