ELECTION REFORM

  • 2022 demonstrated that increased observation and participation in election administration is insufficient to ensure free and fair elections.

​

  • Reform of election laws and procedures will be required to ensure the integrity of the 2024 national elections

​

  • 2023 is the best time for significant election reform (2024 is too late)

Challenges to Election Reform

  • The technical challenge is to develop and define an election process that is transparent and verifiable

  • The political challenge is to have the reforms enacted by the legislature and implemented by election officials

a Viable Strategy for Winning Elections?

  • Some suggest, those disenfranchised by leftist tactics must adopt those tactics to win

  • I disagree, as leftists will always cheat, and their opponents will not.

  • Bring together like-minded groups to develop a national coalition for election reform

  • Form working groups to address particular issues.

Voter Registration Surveys

  • Conduct scientific surveys to provide credible evidence of inaccurate voter rolls

​

  • Develop national accuracy standards for voter rolls

​

  • Delegitimize current voter rolls to drive reform

​

Election Reform Advocacy

Objectives

  • Promote voter confidence in election integrity as a right, and as the proper primary objective of election administration

​

  • Delegitimize insecure election practices, and deny democratic legitimacy to any representative elected through such practices.
