Basic Rules
★ General Rules & Requirements ★
★ We only hire real life women who are of the legal age eighteen years or older, in both second life and real life. There are no exceptions or compromises.
.
★ We do hire women who identify as transgender (m2f) in both worlds, but being a woman strictly in second life doesn't count. We do not hire males.
★ If you are going to be selling RL (Real life) pictures of yourself, putting RL pictures in your ad board, or offering cam services, you must be cam verified by one of our Managers.
★ Your avatar must look like an adult, human woman. Please be between 5'5 and 6'5 without heels.
★ We have a Discord channel for all members of the staff and expect you to join it..
★ There should never be any AFKing on stage for more than 5 minutes. Please go to the staff room and clock out.
★ We ask that you are able to hear voice when you are in the club. Chatting on voice is required. We do not offer text emotes at Zodiac.
★ You must speak and understand English well enough to interact with staff and clients.
★ Zodiac is centered around skill games, and it will be required of you to chat on voice to patrons. They will not be able to read text while they play games. All cuddles, greetings, conversations, and emotes, will be done in voice.
★ You will also be required to learn all the games in the club to help clients play them. This is included in the 101 class.
★ No stealing or poaching clients from fellow staff or other clubs.
★ Treat everyone in the club with respect.
★ Every visitor, tipping or not, must be greeted and conversed with. This is not optional.
★ You are required to have an ad board that cost $150L per week, however if you do over 5 hours per week you get a free week added to your board. The ad board needs to be rented during your interview or you will not be allowed on stage.
★ All staff are required to have a rate card in your ad board that explains how much your services are, etc.
★ You are required to have a pick in your profile for Impact Zodiac, this also needs to be done at the time of interview.
★ General Rules & Requirements ★
★ You can work at IMPACT if you are a Manager/Lead or Owner of another club or establishment that deals with stripping or Escorts, as long as the other club is aware and allows you to do so.
★ During your two week trial with us you must work at least 5 hours each week to ensure that we get to know you, and you get to know us. If you do 10+ hours one week and then nothing on the second, this does not count. The 5 hours you do must be done on a week by week basis.
★ Once your trial is over, we have a weekly minimum of 3 hours and the percent of tips you keep will depend on your the hours that you do, as stated in the staff rules. If you do not do the minimum of 5 hours for the two weeks of your trial, you will be asked to do another week as a trainee before you are a full star. If you fail to do your 5 hours per week, your employment will be terminated.
・ Before you can become a regular staff member, we will ask that you attend a mandatory 101 class with one of the Managers. These will happen at random times to make sure as many of you can make it, so keep an eye out on notices or let a Manager know your available times. If you are unable to make any of the class times, then you will be able to do a one on one class with any of the Leads or Managers.
★ If at the end of the trial for some reason we decide that you will not be a good fit with us, we will let you know!
★ If you decide we are not a good fit for you, please contact a member of Management and don't just leave the groups. Be professional. If you do happen to leave all of the groups without letting a member of Management know, you will then be added to the no rehire list and not be permitted to re-apply in the future.
★ 3 hours minimum requirement per week. 5 hours for trainees.
・You will receive a warning if you do not make 3 hours a week, after the third warning you will be ejected from staff.
★ It is a requirement to have the club in a profile pick, you can write whatever you like as long as there is the club logo and landmark set in the pick
★ You must use the tip jars if you want to be eligible for benefits.
・ No AFKing while logged in to a tip jar.
・ Tip jars pay out L$10-L$20 per hour.
・ You start with keeping 85% of tips. If you do ten or more hours a week, you will be upgraded to the Pink Jars and will keep 90%. This is not automatic, you can switch to the Pink Jars once you see the notices on Saturday/Sunday. This is a weekly incentive that you will need to re-qualify for each week.
★ Strip rates are L$750 topless and L$1500 nude. This DOES count if it is tipped to your Lovense tip jar.
★ Appearance Requirements★

・ You must be between 5'5 and 6'5 in height without heels.
・ Mesh head - preferably bento
・ Mesh body - Maitreya, Slink, Belleza, Legacy, Curvy Ebody, Etc.
・ Mesh hands & feet - preferably bento
・ An up to date, high quality skin.
★ Mesh clothing, shoes & hair - we do not allow prim, flexi or applier clothing. Applier clothing can be worn under garments but cannot be worn on its own, it doesn't look good.
★ Ad Board photos are to be professional, edited, shaded, highlighted, redrawn hair, finalized photography. Not raw snapshots from SL, or amateur pictures. It is required to have at least one of your professional images have the Impact logo stamped onto it for your ad board here at the club.
★ Attitude Requirements ★
★ Friendly- You need to be approachable, and able to make people feel like they can interact with you, don't be a rude know it all.
★ Welcoming- You are required to greet all patrons who enter the club and continue to converse with them escorting/dancing is more than standing around looking good.
★ Professional- Knowing how to sell yourself, present yourself in a professional manner always. Do not complain, do not be depressing, do not chew your food, breathe into your mic over voice, or talk about or let people hear your RL children. Be sexy and flirty ALWAYS.
★ Easy to get along with - We do not hire argumentative girls, meaning if you criticize us in any way in your interview process you will not be hired. You will not be hired if you argue with us over anything. You will not be hired if you cause any type of drama. If you get approached by a Manager or Lead, we expect you to take what we say in stride and not argue with us. We are a friendly club and do not want that toxic atmosphere here.
★ Communicates- You let us know what’s going on if you are unable to make your hours for the week, if you do not communicate with us you will end up with warnings, 3 warnings will end in a termination.
★ Applicant Info & Discord ★
★ To be able to get in contact with Managers outside of SL you should be joining our Discord server as an applicant, so that we can make time to set up an interview easier.

★ We ask that you please only apply if you are willing and serious about wanting to work at Impact as we are not here to waste your time or ours.
★ If you do not completely fill out the application, your application will be denied.
★ It is mandatory to join the applicant group to make it easier for us to get in touch with you. If you are not in the applicant group, and we have a hard time finding you in search, your application will be automatically denied. If you haven't heard back within 72 hours, we have decided to move on with other applicants. We will only reach out if we're interested.
★ If you are on SL then check the applicant group for online Managers and contact them to set up an interview.
★ You have 1 week to get in touch with a Manager after you receive the Interview request card, via Second Life or Discord, otherwise we will assume you do not want an interview.

★ There are many perks and benefits that we have in our club to reward
girls who like to work hard, show dedication and genuinely enjoy our club.
★ Impact Zodiac is the only club of its kind in Second Life, it is a great opportunity to be able to earn money by conversiting with clients who are there to play skill games.
★ Fight night event every season (4 months), fight night vendors will be set up at all times to sell tickets.
★ Elite Star of the Month, you will have a board, a jar, and use of the special Elite Star Tip Jar for the duration of the month (90% tips and L$15 per hr) and keep Elite Star when your month is over.
Note: Trainees are eligible for all benefits except for Elite Star.
★ The chance at moving up to Lead or Management, we hire within when jobs become available.
★ All employee adboards are only L$100 a week with the incentive to earn free weeks too!
★ All employees have access to our Impact choker/necklace that is also texture changing with the option of white or black, and silver, gold, or rose gold.
★ All Trainees are expected to do five hours a week and regular staff three hours a week,
・All employees start by using the teal jars to keep 85% of your tips, but if you do ten or more hours a week, you will be able to use pink jars and keep 90% of the tips you earn.
★ If you do five hours a week, you will get a free week added to your board.
★ Weekly wage of L$10 per hour for regular staff and L$15 per hour for 90% staff, which is if you do 10 or more hours a week.
★ Exclusive girls keep 90% of tips regardless of their hours and L$20 per hour. They get their own personal gaming machine with their name on it, in whatever section they choose, where they get repay credit. The amount you get will be based on that specific skill game machine at the end of each week.
★ Exclusive girls will also be able to join in on the collect a star cards. Clients will do tasks to get your personalized collector card. For example: L$40,000 acclimated to your Lovense jar. (coming soon)
★ Exclusive girls will be invited to participate in club advertisements and promotions.
