Conclusions:

Students rated the infrastructure and social conditions of the university as "satisfactory" - (average value for all items) from 71% to 78%.

Students rated the infrastructure and social conditions of the dormitory as "satisfactory" - (average value for all items) from 65% to 76%.

The survey allows us to record the main points of dissatisfaction of students and identify areas for further improvement.

General conclusions:

The survey revealed a number of problems related to the infrastructure and social conditions at the university.

• Measures must be taken to improve the work of the canteen/buffet, the health and wellness center and the "House of Students".

• The system of grants, discounts and benefits should be reviewed, making it more transparent and accessible.

• It is necessary to improve the condition of the toilets and create comfortable conditions for students to relax.

• It is important to establish a system of feedback and support for students so that they can receive help in a timely manner.
