Key Improvement #1

#1: Users only being able to pay individually to recipients

Problem: 3 out of 4 users mentioned it being troublesome to click multiple times to clear all outstanding payment requests individually.

Reflections- What we learnt

  • We learnt that UX design is user centric and requires a lot of research to be able to empathise with or think like our user.
  • Also learnt technical skill sets such as creating high fidelity prototype using Figma, User flow chart using whimsical etc.

  • Change the way we conduct our research if there is more time

: Conduct additional research and survey a broader range of users to gain better credibility and opinions to improve on our solution

: Create a more ideal solution to our problem statement

59 of 63

Group’s Overall Reflection

We believe that our prototype is a critical step that can be further improved. We had difficulty creating our prototype due to the limited time allotted and the lack of a consistent time to hold quality discussions and planning. So, our prototype is definitely one of the things that we hope to improve so that time will be on our side.

Potential Questions #1

Potential questions to expect

How high are the feasibility of these improvements that are suggested?

Answer

We believe that the available advanced technology will bring our vision a reality. Furthermore, the features we implement are already in use in other applications such as banking applications and other e-wallet applications where we incorporated the various key features that will be beneficial into our prototype.

62 of 63

Potential Questions #2

Potential questions to expect
