September 1, 1966 – the school was founded. Since 1993, he has been training junior specialists (professional junior bachelors).
In 1993, a laboratory of cooks and confectioners was created .

Eurispaischer Bildungsverbunnd EV Project number 2017-1-DE02-KA102-004043 28 teachers from Germany spent 3 days in Turin for a vocational programme in the field of food provision and focusing on Italian baking techniques, Italian pizza and patisseries, as well as Turin Vermouth and traditional grissini.
Zes. Szk. Techniczno-Zawodowych im. inż. Czesława Nowaka Project Number – 2016-1-PL01-KA102-024203 Second flow of a 2 two years project – as in 2017, Tellus Italy hosted 16 students providing them with a course in Italian food and cuisine comprehensive of meetings and visits to various locations and with various professionals
