Vertices means corners.

What is Geometry?

Geometry means “to measure the land.

It is an an old, old type of mathematics.

It was first invented by Euclid in ancient Greece (330 BCE - 275 BCE). That’s over 2000 years ago 😲!

He wrote Euclid’s Elements of Geometry extending the work of earlier thinkers like Pythagoras.
