This is the second book of �«The Diplomat» series.

The series covers the personal experience of Mr. Abdullah Metin Durmuş and his perception and comments regarding real diplomatic international events since 2006.

Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK �is the first President and the founder of �the Republic of Türkiye in 1923.

He taught us the principle of

“PEACE AT HOME, PEACE IN THE WORLD”. He said, " War must be necessary and vital. If the life of a nation is not in danger, war is murder."

ABSTRACT:

• Diplomats are tasked with resolving international issues through methods such as negotiation, mediation, and shuttle diplomacy.
• In this respect, they can be described as "peace doves" for their efforts to prevent conflicts or end conflicts that have already begun. But, like all birds, they have beaks, which can sometimes be more effective than an eagle's talons.

Mr. Donald John Trump, in his capacity as the 47th President of the United States of America since January 20, 2025, is politically, juridically, militarily, socially, economically and financially responsible for the current turmoil in the International System as of June 11, 2026.�� �

• After taking office for a second term on January 20, 2025, US President Trump began to show signs of "power intoxication," influenced by factors such as "childlike self-confidence," "super ego," "arbitrariness," and "unilateralism".

When evaluated within the context of Science of International Relations, power intoxication indicates that the individual will begin making decisions that are "inconsistent," "lacking foresight," "self-centred," and based on a "I did it, so it's done" mentality.��

• This power intoxication began with Trump's arbitrary and unilateral increases in tariffs in 2025.
• The US's multi-layered operation in Venezuela on January 3, 2026, involving military, intelligence, and police elements, culminating in the abduction and kidnapping of President Maduro and his wife, represents the pinnacle of his power abuse.

The illegal and illegitimate operation launched against Venezuela on January 3, 2026, has caused deep concern and anxiety in the international community. This was a blatant and clear violation of many instruments of International Law.

• The real aim of the attack is to acquire Venezuelan petrol and mines. This has been declared to the international community by Donald John Trump at press conferences and in his several statements.

The International Coalition for Peace in the World (ICFPIW) was established on January 3, 2026.

• People within the international community - qualified in legal, political, academic, and even religious fields - who cannot remain silent in the face of such a "border-lessness" in the 21st century, have reacted reflexively and undertaken certain initiatives as a result of their interactive efforts since January 3, 2026.

The illegitimate attacks launched on February 28, 2026 by the US and Israel against Iran have started a WAR in the Middle East. The targets and pretext by the USA and Israel for the war are irrelevant.�

• This Academic Research covers developments regarding Venezuela and Iran, and contains important documents issued by the ICFPIW between January 3, 2026 and June 11, 2026.
