Smartphones aren’t going away, and they’re not going to get less addictive. In fact, the more we use them, the more they become extensions of ourselves. And when we’re constantly glued to our screens, we put our work, relationships, and mental health in jeopardy.
Give yourself some phone-free time each day. Designate no-phone zones in your home. Make an effort to balance your phone use with the most important things in your life.
