THE INSIGHT
During the holidays, many gift purchases are made only out of obligation – they’re gifts people feel like they have to buy, rather than want to.
THE IDEA
We’re going to turn Wish’s frugality into a positive, and position the site as the best place to shop when purchasing a gift you wish you didn’t have to get.
HOW IT WORKS
Leading up to the holiday season, we’ll push our message where people are already shopping and most likely to be looking for a deal: online.
WEBSITE FILTER
We’ll then create a filter on the website itself that helps identify the classic hard-to-shop-for recipients, and what popular items match those individuals.
