Farm – mini zoo Z/s Priedītes is my family’s farm for generations about 100 years
In August of 2015 I became the owner of the farm.
It was mainly a dairy farm with 8 cows and few beef cows, chickens and 2 Latvian sport horses. 38 ha of agricultural land. Since 1982 we were a Latvian horse breeders.
In 2017 I decided to start rural tourism and had an Idea about breeding Irish tinker horses
In 2017 spring I Bought 10 rabbits and we made a rabbit garden.
All summer we were working with visitors.
November 18th 2017 came my dream horses 3 Tinkers (Gypsy cob,Irish tinker) mares from Poland. Start of February 2018 were born first 2 foals and end of March came Tinker stallion from England.

We have 2 rabbit gardens – 1 for boys and 1 for girls – all together about 150 rabbits

Very safe and quiet road for cyclist, skiers, riders, hikers, families.
In future we can develop camping places and accommodation
2km away is beautiful place Katvaru lake and old Katvaru manor.
