- EIC: The HPSS storage setup is done, pending deliver of S3 storage July 12th.. Xrootd over S3 on pause.
- STAR: Central storage i.e. Lustre is in use - all good and stable in recent times (still observing, had some server crashes) �Multiple online (and related services) upgrade and improvements ongoing (HLT nodes quota, Condor setup, database upgrades, …) + service consolidation (real-time monitoring of the QA/QC report)�Drupal 9 upgrade - authentication maybe an issue (trying to understand this)
- sPHENIX: review as planned (May 16th-17th) - the review report is being written [mid-month to the 20th expected]
- NPP/RHIC: Evaluation of data preservation post-RHIC era (tape / archive).
- CSI/Quantum: Relaunched this activity - Met with PIs (IBM-Q Hub Check-in) to better understand issues (some did not use their time). Will make it monthly.
- DUNE data challenge planning (Data Challenge 2nd week June) BNL will participate in both phases
- Federated ID / Jupyter: Meeting with Bob Tribble is set. Need his approval for exemptions.
- NSLS2: MoU is completed.�
- Cyber plans: STAR (SDAS) + SDCC security plan and NIST 800-53. Revision available. �Privacy Impact Assessment to be completed. New VM/Container guideline and policy.
- SDCC/Condor: Mike working on a backfill policy. Will serve as a one POC for Condor. First “learn by example” available.
- ITD/CS: AttackIQ installed on STAR system, Nessus scan from the internal network
- ITD/CS: Device registration based on an “admin group” (instead of individuals) discussed. This was agreed (scheduling work time / after the current Rev 5 overhaul).
- ITD/CS: WAF - SDCC WAF (see Mike’s update) + NSLS version. �Continuing discussion with ElasticSearch for the paid version. Will try to get a better idea of the Federated ID
- ITD/CS: CrowdStrike & Internal nessus scans: we will have to make progress on this before the audit!
- Other: Discussion related to one account per user for many experiments - need to have a meeting (with Jason / Chris) pending.
- InvenioRDM - OSTI/DOI for Dataset plugin is written. Uma not available due to personal reason. Uma not available.
