Student Arrival and Dismissal

• School begins promptly at 7:40 AM.
• Gates open at 7:15 AM.
• Lunch & breakfast are available to all students free of charge.
• Dismissal is at 2:05 PM.
• Wednesday dismissal is at 12:35 beginning on August 19th.

-If someone other than yourself will be picking up your child, please be sure that they are on your child’s emergency card.

-If your child normally rides the bus, and you need to pick them up instead, please CALL the office.

• Please make sure your child has his/her bus pass EVERY DAY.

Homework

• Homework is essential because it helps your child develop responsible habits and provides him/her with the opportunity to reinforce or extend skills learned in school.
• Students will be assigned monthly homework.
• Monthly homework calendar will consist of one daily activity.
• The monthly homework calendar is due at the end of the

• Homework should be interactive between the student and parent.
• Homework will be sent home beginning on Monday, August 17th.

Reminder…

• Please make sure your child is able to unzip, unbutton, and undo their belts in order to use the restroom.
• Please place your child’s name on ALL of their personal belongings (sweaters, jackets, backpacks, lunch boxes, water bottles, etc.)
• We recommend that you send a small, healthy snack everyday with your child to eat during recess.
• Don’t forget to include a spoon or fork if needed.
• Please make sure to pack an extra pair of clothing in a plastic storage bag with your child's name on it in case of an accident.

Llegada y Salida de los Alumnos

Recordatorio…

• Por favor, coloque el nombre de su hijo en TODAS sus pertenencias personales (suéteres, chaquetas, mochilas, loncheras, botellas de agua, etc.)
• Le recomendamos que envíe todos los días un bocadillo pequeño y saludable con su hijo para comer durante el recreo.
• No olvide incluir una cuchara o tenedor si es necesario.
• Asegúrese de empacar un par de ropa adicional en una bolsa de almacenamiento de plástico con el nombre de su hijo en caso de accidente.
