Each interview is comprised of 10 questions. Each question will be read to you as well as printed on the screen so you can follow along. Once the question has been read, a timer will appear and a 2 minute count down will start. There will be an audible waring when there are 5 seconds remaining.Your goal is to keep your responses concise and to the point. Repeat each interview multiple time and refine your answers each time until you can thoroughly answer all questions in under 2 minutes. It is HIGHLY recommended that your first time through each series of interview questions is completed and recorded having not pre-read any of the questions. This will give a true since as to where you are and where you can improve. It will also help you to adapt to thinking and answering questions on the fly.Once you complete the interview immediately watch it. You will be able to see just what you look like to the interview panel. You will quickly discover any poor posture traits, speaking oddities or ticks you may have never noticed. Once you identify these you can work towards eliminating them.It is recommended that you repeat this interview immediately after viewing the video while the new information gained is fresh in you memory.
