  • All admin users have access by clicking Ask Que in the upper right-hand corner
    • Participants and donors do not have access
  • Suggested prompts will populate and you can upload files to give Que more context
  • Each admin receives 50 credits per month:

    • Resets the first of each month
    • Credits are used each time Que responds
    • Simple questions - like a best practice - uses fewer credits
    • Complex questions - like pulling and analyzing data - uses more
    • Can check balance within DonorDrive
