What is Syndication?
Real estate syndications are among some of the best investment vehicles for busy, hard-working individuals who want to own real estate without having to deal with toilets, tenants, trash & the day-to-day operations that come with owning rental real estate. By investing in a syndicated deal, you get to own a portion of the property and reap the benefits of pass-through income & owner depreciation, and never have to be the property manager - your money make you more money.
