Admission Steps:

Submit Application for admissions
Complete the FAFSA @ fafsa.gov
Send official transcripts from every Institution you have attended

Once all transcripts are received, Registrar will conduct a transfer credit evaluation

Submit a fingerprint & background clearance through Oregon Teacher Standards & Practices Commission (TSPC) for the “Clinical Practices Application”

Once cleared by TSPC, you will receive an email that you will forward to me for verification

Next Steps:

Once you have supplied all admission requirements, your application will be reviewed by the Director of Admissions for Admittance into your program
Next, you will complete your enrollment forms, submit Immunization Record form, and complete your Student Account Packet
Once you are admitted into your program, Financial Aid will be able to discuss your specific award amount with you
