Purpose for this Build Log

The purpose of this document is to collect all information pertaining to the ‘Build’ Season. In the slides to follow, detailed logs of nightly activity will be captured, including:

  • What system the activity was performed for
  • What work was completed
  • What was attempted but did not work
  • Document any Decisions made
        • What should be worked on next

Student Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) have been chosen for all of the Sub-Teams shown to the right.

SME’s will be responsible for the following:

      • Fill out (or delegate) the appropriate section of this log each build night.
        • Working with Product Integration to complete CAD designs for their system (Build Sub-Teams only)
      • Reporting out (or delegate) the current status of their Sub-Team at Tuesday’s meetings
      • Speaking to Judges at competitions regarding their area
