A Task Analysis for Grocery Shopping:

1. Drive to the grocery store
2. Get out of car and walk up to store
3. Enter the store through the front entrance
4. Get a cart or basket
5. Take out grocery list
6. Look for items on list
7. Check shelves for each item
8. Put items found in cart/basket
9. Go to checkout

10. Line up in the checkout lane

11. Put items from cart/basket on

conveyor belt

12. Pay for items

13. Wait for change

14. Pick up sack of items and place

back in cart/basket

15. Exit store

16. Go to car

17. Unpack items in car

18. Put cart/basket in return area

19. Get in car and leave
