WHY IS THIS NEEDED?

  • The 2021 Trailblazer Diversity Report estimates that only 5% of the Salesforce Trailblazer ecosystem identifies as Black or African American and 6% as Hispanic or Latinx
  • Dreamin’ in Color provides crucial representation and a safe space for Black, Latinx and Hispanic Salesforce professionals to interact and network with other Black professionals in varying career paths and levels.
