  • Your child’s classroom teacher assignment will be posted to your Genesis Parent Portal account in late August.
    • Log on to the Genesis Parent Portal to complete all necessary documents/forms
  • School Messenger (Info link) - Edit preferences to receive school and district notifications via email, text, and phone

  • Report all absences on the Genesis Parent Portal “Attendance Tab” or call the school on (201) 794-5550 (option 2). Please leave reason for absence.
  • Set your child up for success! Be on time for school! (8:40 am is considered late)
  • Excused absences
    • Religious Holidays
    • Take Your Child to Work Day
  • Chronic absenteeism is defined by the state as 10% or more (18 days)
  • After 14 days, we meet as a team to determine if the child needs to be retained.
