For efficiency, CSPro allows:

different sections of the questionnaire to be assigned to multiple data collectors

flexibility in the order in which sections of the questionnaire are completed

a single team is in charge of collecting data in a health facility

a questionnaire section can only be assigned to 1 data collector

all sections must be assigned to the data collectors before data collection

team leaders should share any reassignments before data collection

Step 1: Decide how to divide the questionnaire sections amongst the team members.

Step 2: Login to CSPro and select the facility they want to make assignments for.

Step 3: Assign sections.

Step 4: Confirm assignments have been done correctly.
