SITUATION REPORT

Current Situation

Since the Turgistanian Forces overran the eastern part of Alvonia many bad things happened. The Capital of Alvonia, Tblisi, was taken by the enemy Forces and the majority of the population was forced to flee in the surrounding mountains or nearby yet unclaimed settlements.

The Alvonian Forces managed to entangle the enemy in a bottleneck battle between Khashuri and Kutaisi where a mountain Foothills stretches from north to south as a barrier between the western and the eastern part of Alvonia. Forces only can move through this narrow gap which provides a tactical advantage. That specific geographical Situation allowed the Alvonian Forces already several times in the past decades to fight back the enemy Forces since they yet never managed to take the control over this Valley and made use of it for their own benefit. This however is the major goal. Alvonia would be lost probably if the Turgistanian Forces ever make it over the Mountains and set a foot on the western part of Alvonia.

The advantage on the Alvonian side is that the enemy has to overcome a long resupply track to maintain the firepower on the western front line which is not an easy task. Since the enemy was stopped at Khashuri and licks its wounds, the Alvonian Forces have just a little time to use that current lost of momentum and fight the advancement back or even start to separate the enemy forces from each other.

Individual taskings

AH Tasks

Task 1

Destroy Resupply structures

We need enemy resupply storages and Convoys to be destroyed. They are partially heavily protected by AA and regular Ground Forces. Thus All AH Elements need to work out precise attack plans to get this task accomplished.

Task 2

Destroy Resupply Convoy

A Convoy is about to leave Gori within the next 2 hours. As much as our intelligence was able to find out is that this convoy is supposed to move the supply crates to another position. Thus it is very important to execute this task as fast as possible.

Asd far as we know the Convoy is heavily protected. The Convoy it self has several AA assets as well es many Positions along the route will protect the Convoy.

The Alvonian Ground Forces will take their part in this Operation and entangle the Enemy in Ground Based Conflicts to deconflict the Situation in the Air. We also get 2 JTAC assigned to our Frequencies which will be available over the Command Frequency.

Common Battle order

Situation and long term plan OPERATION SNAKE EATER

The Turgistanian Forces were pushed back behind the City of Khashuri, which is a great success but not the final Victory. The enemies have taken shelter in the small towns stretching from Khashuri all the way back behind Tblisi which forced a massive Wave of refugees into the mountain. The main Objective now is to keep the enemies where they are and cut them off from their resupply routes. In the following steps we need to separate them from each other and divide the massive presence into small chunks which will then be reduced using delay battle tactics.

Task description:

Reaper is tasked to destroy the enemy resupply Positions and cut off resupply routes.

AVIATION MISSION COMMANDER’S INTENT

AVIATION MISSION: Operation Snake Eater

In this Phase of Operation Snake eater we have to cut the resupply lines and storages of the Enemy. Without them we can forward to separate the Forces from each other and start the actual Counter Attack

Reaper AVIATION COMMANDER’S INTENT:

Work your way from west to east and eliminate any armored threats. The Resupply Point will be very heavily protected, so expect massive counter attacks on Reaper approach. Locate the main Storage as of provided Coordinates on the next slides and destroy the Resupply Point. The Enemy will try to safe the material. Thus also destroy all escaping Trucks and non armored Vehicles.

Dragon AVIATION COMMANDER’S INTENT:

Dragon has to sneak between the more southern lines of enemies and locate and destroy the supply Convoy. This convoy is supposed to safe the material which is in danger to get destroyed by Alvonian Forces. The own forces have not yet proceeded into these Areas so Dragon will most be on its own.

Reconnaissance update

We´ve just received last Minute updates about a second and eventually a third Convoy from which don't know anything yet in the AO.

This one was reckoned by our Predator Drone.

Alvonia Intelligence provided us their Predator Drone to act as a sort of Ground Radar and will warn us of unexpected enemy activities

36 of 63

Reconnaissance update

RECONNAISSANCE UPDATE:

We've received new images from the Convoy and it looks like as it is protected with a BMP loaded with an AA Squad. Thus the Intelligence recommends prioritizing the Attack on the BMP first. We don't know yet whether this applies for the second and the potentially third Convoy too.

We´ve noticed that the amount of Vehicles changed in comparison to the first Intelligenz material on slide 35, thus we assume that the Enemy is still improving the protection of their Convoys
