WHAT WE FUND
Teachers
Students
We give a grant to each department every year to ensure that they have additional funding to provide our students with the materials they need.
We support our students by providing support when teams like the Science Olympiad and Math Olympiad need entry fees for competitions. We also provide support to the school to help with the Yosemite Trip.
Last year our PTSA installed 3 new filtered water refill stations.

WHAT WE SPEND ON
SOUNDS GREAT HOW CAN I HELP?
I DON’T HAVE FREE TIME, BUT I WANT TO HELP WHEN I CAN.
I DON’T HAVE TIME TO HELP, HOW CAN I DONATE?
WHY DO I NEED TO JOIN PTSA AGAIN?
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Volunteer
Introvert
Hands On Tasks
Committee
Digital Support
Volunteer for an event
I like helping but I am not particularly social.
Extrovert
I like helping and I’m willing to put myself out there
Some of our hands on tasks involve making dishes for events or helping with preparation of materials for events.
We are looking for people to help with marketing/advertising, website support and photography skills.
Please consider either chairing or joining a committee that supports our PTSA activities.
You take part in the decision making process and have a chance to give your input.
It is a great way to meet other parents/staff and to enjoy seeing the students have fun.
VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers are the heart of the PTSA.
We depend on the help of our caring community to deliver fun and engaging community events.
There are volunteer opportunities for everyone.
In person, at home, small tasks or big.

CORPORATE MATCH
DINE OUTS/FUNDRAISERS
While we are trying to hit our fundraising goals, we will try to have fun and interesting dine out or night out events for our school to help us raise money.
DONATIONS
DIRECT DONATIONS
We are hoping to get 100% donation participation from our families.
Although our suggested donation amount is $250 per student, we appreciate any amount because every little bit helps
STAFF & TEACHER APPRECIATION
Twice a year we celebrate our teachers and staff for all that they do. Once in December and again in May. At that time we will ask for monetary donations for gift cards and to contribute money/food for a potluck to show our gratitude.
These contributions are not eligible for corporate match.
THANK YOU
