New Platform for 2026

Pheedloop

Pheedloop

Advantages:

  • Build pages and have pages that cater to specific audience such as speaker portal or audience portal
  • Easier process for call for proposals. Can have multiple people review submissions, and multiple review rounds, remind speakers to complete their submissions, or communicate that submission has been accepted
  • Ability to create multiple registration types. Think preconference and conference

We are still learning pheedloop. More information on that after the conference.

Prague has excellent public transport. Be aware that you may need to pay for large luggage. Tickets are sold by number of minutes or all day.

There is contactless fare payment, ticket terminals, and an app called PID Litacka.

There’s also Ride sharing: Bolt, Uber (Bolt is said to cheeper)

Try Bike sharing: Rekola & NextBike

Help Us Advertise the Call & Conference

Help us advertise the call for proposals. We’d like to get proposals from as many OLF projects as possible.

Submission takes place within Pheedloop. We are in the process of creating a Submissions Guidelines to be available starting next week.
