Online friendships, which do not demand the slow and gradual building of friendships that gets better over time, have the appearance of being real. Yet they do not really build community.

Year 6J worked together to put together a slide show of our thoughts about Fratelli Tutti. We worked together online but we were together in the room with each other.
We need to remember that we should come together as a community and that as a Year Group we have been together for years. Our class community: friendships and relations have gotten better over time.
How to be a good samaritan
Each day we have to decide whether to be Good Samaritans or people who just watch . . . Will we bend down and help another get up? This is today’s challenge, and we should not be afraid to face it. We are all brothers and sisters.

The smallest, the weakest, the poorest should touch our hearts: they have a ‘right’ to appeal to our heart and soul. They are our brothers and sisters, and as such we must love and care for them.
This message means that we should all love each other no matter what because we are all god’s children.
We can do this by not judging others by their appearance or personality just like the good samaritan did. We can be good samaritans in our daily life.
