Why trivia?

We started a virtual trivia league for BPS in March 2020.

Trivia is team-work, communication, connection, and joy.

At its best, TriviaInterdependenceCollaboration

(AKA Pop Culture)

9 of 35

~7 min/round

Each round, you’ll have 8-15 questions and you’ll have 2 songs as your time limit (about 7 minutes). We’ll give you a warning before time is up.

If you have extra time, use it to connect. Intermission after round 2.

No devices*

Please do not use electronic devices or other outside help. If you’re on your phone, other teams might think you’re cheating.

Quiet hand

When we need to come back together we’ll hold up a hand.

Help us out by holding up your own hand as well.

12 of 35

Answers

We will swap papers to go over the answers after each round.

We’ll read answers aloud and also share them on the screen and on our website--in case you can’t hear.

Prizes?

We have some modest prizes for the top team, but mainly we are playing for bragging rights.

And the winners also get a photo op.

14 of 35

Team Name?

You must decide on a team name. (If you’re stuck, the last person to join the team has to pick the team name.)
