Who is the Mead Bandwagon?

What we do/Who we serve

Mission (simplified): Serve the kids/Support the program – 100% volunteer

What we do:

• Feed kids – all year long
• Chaperone - trips, activities, contests, etc
• Fund the extras – clinicians, equipment, special music, senior recognition
• Fix & Improve things– trailer, props, golf cart, Blue Goose, color guard flags
• Make us look good – uniform management, spirit wear, and more

All this requires FUNDRAISING & VOLUNTEERS

Three types of Fundraisers

Raised funds go directly into the overall Band Fund.

*Money earned from either of our fundraiser groups is officially property of those groups which is then credited/scholarshipped to student fees. Students are not directly in receipt of money earned.*

These funds go to the ASB account

How can you get involved?

• Monthly Bandwagon Meetings during school year – we want your input! vote on how money gets spent, hear what is going on
• Chaperone and Event Volunteering
• Serve on a committee – There are a ton!
• Serve as Lead for an event /Shadow a current lead
• Serve as Officer
