Before you start

Ensure that you have backed up all the data on the phone. Use Helium/TitaniumBackup/etc

Put the Spice in download mode - First switch off the phone, then keeping the upper volume key pressed, insert the USB cable into the phone. The download mode will look like the pic in the next slide

Coolpad software

Install the software on your PC, then change compatibility to XP SP3 if using Windows 7 or 8, x86/x64 bit.

Change the time of the computer to 1st August 2013 or earlier.

How to use the software

Once you open the exe file, it will show the screen on the left. Click on the chinese letters, it will become like screen on right, with english letters.

Password is 9527. Click on login.

AFTER SELECTING THE MODEL, SELECT THE CPB FILE TO FLASH
