Forces
The world we live in is full of mysterious things of which make us really wonder...
Isaiah 8:19
"And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead?”
Who are these mysterious forces?
Can they be the spirits of the dead?
What does the Bible say about those who have died?
Ecclesiastes 9:5, 6
“For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun.”
Can God be the one who guides them?
What command did He give?
Leviticus 20:27
“A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them..”
Deuteronomy 18:10-12
“There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.
Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord: and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee.”
If these revelations come from neither �God nor the dead, �who seeks to influence politicians?
Revelation 16:14
“For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.”

In modern terms we talk about Parapsychology. There are people who pass through the fire without being burned and they say that they can do that by the power of the mind. This was prohibited by God. Deuteronomy 18:9-14.
Reading cards is divination.
Hypnotism, the pendulum, and the magic wand, as well as curing by magic words, even if done with good intentions, are things not approved by God.

“Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee.

In the last days false miracles will be so
subtle that they will be a threat even to elect.

Does Satan work for free, or does he charge for his “favors”?
Romans 6:16
“Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?”
John 8:44
