Explore the Mobile App for 2026 SBP SUMMIT with us!

• If you haven’t already, download vFairs on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• If you need help logging in, please refer to the Login Handbook
• You will enter your registration email address to start
• Create password and receive a OTP (one time pin) sent to your registration email to enter (Sent from vFairsTeam noreply@vfairs.com)

1. On the Home Screen, it will look like this (Image 1)

2. If you click on the bottom right button (Image 1, Menu) the Menu will pop up (Image 2)

3. Click on “My Agenda” (in either Image) to begin choosing your sessions (Orange Arrows)

Have a look at the Agenda

• You can view the 2026 SBP Summit Agenda on the mobile app
• You can add sessions to the“My Schedule” tab by clicking the session and then by clicking the “Save a Seat” button
• Note: Pick 8 sessions: each morning’s keynote + one for each of the breakout session time blocks (3 breakouts per day)
• Reserve your seat by clicking on the “Save a seat” button, next to the “Add to Schedule” button
• Note: The session will get added to “My Schedule” automatically when you press “Save a Seat”
• There are 3 tabs in the blue bar, Your personal schedule, Monday, August 3rd and Tuesday, August 4th. The current tab listed is highlighted in white

Agenda Times And Checking Your Schedule

Agenda Times:

Make sure you pay attention to the times listed in Agenda to pick one breakout per time slot

Checking Your Schedule:

• Make sure at end you have 8 sessions selected
• Click/press on “My Schedule” tab
• Double check for 4 on Monday (1 keynote + 3 different breakouts) and 4 for Tuesday (1 keynote + 3 different breakouts)
