• Click on the + by Public
• Add a title
• Category
• Description
• Location/Zoom link/Teams meeting
• Length of Meeting
• Use regular Meeting hours (work hours)
• Advance options

Setting Custom Meeting Hours

• Choose Custom Availability
• Set time for each day of the week

Add to Email Signature

Add to your Outlook Signature

• Create Signature
• Automatically adds link to Bookings Page in Signature
• “Book a Time To Meet with Me” is in Signature as Link
