Message:

  • How is the message designed to match the interests and/or concerns of the legislator?
  • Is the message engaging for the intended audience?
  • Is the message relevant to the climate issue being addressed?

Climate-related Issue:

Is a single climate-related issue clearly defined in the message?

Plan for completion:

  • If the project is not complete, what is the student’s plan for completing it?
  • What would they do if they had more time?
  • Would that plan create a complete project?
