Message:
- How is the message designed to match the interests and/or concerns of the legislator?
- Is the message engaging for the intended audience?
- Is the message relevant to the climate issue being addressed?
Climate-related Issue:
Is a single climate-related issue clearly defined in the message?
Plan for completion:
- If the project is not complete, what is the student’s plan for completing it?
- What would they do if they had more time?
- Would that plan create a complete project?
