Wednesday Nights

Remember that Wednesday nights are religious education nights. When possible practices should be done by 5:30 PM on Wednesday night. If you have a practice or game on Wednesday night then a kid missing that practice for religious education reasons should not be punished. Perhaps the athlete could practice with another team.

Example: JV1 basketball player practices with JV2 after school to get a practice in so they can go to their religious ed class.

Lightning Tracker

The WIAA says if lightning is within 10 miles then play or practice should be suspended.

Megan has a lightning tracker.

Use good judgement. If she tells you that lightning is within 10 miles then head in or suspend play.

Remember during competition we have to suspend play for 30 minutes from the last lightning sighting.

Support Each Other

We are all in this together. Support each other. We all have different ways of doing things.

If you need to complain about something that is what I am here for.

Two common complaints:

  1. Admin/Board don’t care.

-Invite them

  • If you have nothing nice to say about a Bronco Coach then lets say nothing at all.

-Small Community - Lot’s of gossip

-Deal directly.
