طوبى للودعاء لانهم يرثون الارض (مت 5 : 5)
Blessed are the Meek, For they shall inherit the Earth. (Mat 5 : 5)

و لما راى الجموع صعد الى الجبل فلما جلس تقدم اليه تلاميذه. ففتح فاه و علمهم قائلا. طوبى للمساكين بالروح لان لهم ملكوت السماوات. طوبى للحزانى لانهم يتعزون. طوبى للودعاء لانهم يرثون الارض. (مت 5 : 1 – 5)
And seeing the multitudes, He went up on a mountain, and when He was seated His disciples came to Him. Then He opened His mouth and taught them, saying:. "Blessed [are] the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed [are] those who mourn, For they shall be comforted. Blessed [are] the meek, For they shall inherit the earth. (Mat 5 : 1 – 5)

فاطلب اليكم انا الاسير في الرب ان تسلكوا كما يحق للدعوة التي دعيتم بها. بكل تواضع و وداعة و بطول اناة محتملين بعضكم بعضا في المحبة. مجتهدين ان تحفظوا وحدانية الروح برباط السلام. (أف 4 : 1 – 3)
I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called,. with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love,. endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. (Eph 4 : 1 – 3)
كذلكن ايتها النساء كن خاضعات لرجالكن حتى و ان كان البعض لا يطيعون الكلمة يربحون بسيرة النساء بدون كلمة. ملاحظين سيرتكن الطاهرة بخوف. و لا تكن زينتكن الزينة الخارجية من ضفر الشعر و التحلي بالذهب و لبس الثياب. بل انسان القلب الخفي في العديمة الفساد زينة الروح الوديع الهادئ الذي هو قدام الله كثير الثمن. (1بط 3 : 1 – 4)
Wives, likewise, [be] submissive to your own husbands, that even if some do not obey the word, they, without a word, may be won by the conduct of their wives,. when they observe your chaste conduct [accompanied] by fear. Do not let your adornment be [merely] outward -- arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on [fine] apparel --. rather [let it be] the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible [beauty] of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God. Does not tend to be harsh, does not quarrel,
and does not take revenge

ليس اني اقول من جهة احتياج فاني قد تعلمت ان اكون مكتفيا بما انا فيه. اعرف ان اتضع و اعرف ايضا ان استفضل في كل شيء و في جميع الاشياء قد تدربت ان اشبع و ان اجوع و ان استفضل و ان انقص. استطيع كل شيء في المسيح الذي يقويني. (فى 4 : 11 – 13)
Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content:. I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Phi 4 : 11 – 13)
