a. Emphasize that our needs are the same to that of other residents in

Eastchester; we/our kids should be always treated equally.

b. Promote respect of multicultural understanding at school to help

prevent the identity crisis for Chinese/ Chinese American kids

c. Zero tolerance of discrimination
