My Student Can Not Log In

How students typically log in

K/1 Students: Clever App on iPad

2-5 Students could log in two ways

  • Clever Bookmark- Go to Seesaw App
  • Seesaw Bookmark- Select Student & Login with Google

Troubleshooting

  1. Close all apps on iPad.
  2. Restart the iPad.
  3. Have students go through Clever and click Seesaw (sometimes it might take 2-3 tries to “take”)

  • Use a class QR code (doesn’t expire) or Class Text Code (expires in 1 hr)

*Make sure they are using School issued device.

  1. Have students clear cache (written directions/video) and browsing history.
  2. Restart the Chromebook (not just closing lid).

If using Seesaw Bookmark:

  • Have students remove bookmark and go to https://web.seesaw.me/ (Can rebookmark)
  • Click Log in
  • Select “I’m a Student”

  • Select “Sign in with Google”

*Make sure they are using School issued device.

My Student Can Not Turn in Assignments

Problems that might be occurring

Student is not in the right class

Student doesn’t know how to submit assignments

Troubleshooting

  1. Have students click their name (top left corner).

  • Make sure they are “selecting” the correct class to find the assignments they need.
  1. Make sure students are in the correct class.
  2. Have students click the activity tab.

  • Have students find the correct assignment and click the “Add Response”.

  • Have students complete the activity.
  • Students can click the green check to submit to their teacher or orange check to save as a draft.

*If students have already started the assignment they will not see the “Add Response” option, instead they will see “Finish Response”
