There are three parts of the assessment, including 12 questions upon personal information, 53 questions upon mental health aspect. The assessment will help you to understand your mental state at this point.
After completing assessment, system will give you a brief result and suggestion of what you can do according to your result.
School counselor will receive your assessment result, and offer adequate support based on your result. All the process will keep in confidential.
