  • Submit a referral for services via CICOA website https://cicoa.org/resource-center/online-request-referral-form/
      • The client needs to consent for the referral before it can be submitted
  • Clients can schedule a face-to-face options counseling appointment via CICOA website https://cicoa.org/resource-center/schedule-an-appointment/ or call the resource center to schedule
