I have no chewing teeth. Instead, I have a long tongue with a ‘brush’ tip that sweeps the nectar and pollen into my mouth.

What do I do if I can’t find enough to eat?

I curl up into a ball and go to sleep for a few days – it’s called ‘torpor’.

How many babies do I have? �And how big are they?

I have 2 or 3 babies each time and 2 or 3 times each year

And they are very tiny – about as big as a grain of rice!
