Takeaways
Impact:
In the real world this user experience would be very helpful in empowering patients to better control their health their way. I creates an opportunity to create a space where they can see all their medications at a click frome wherever they are.
What I learned:
I have learned that this is a big area to explore and there are more specifications to look into for the benefit of users throughout the world.
Next steps
Conduct another round of usability studies to validate whether the pain points users experienced have been effectively addressed
Conduct more user research to determine any new areas of need.
Obtain feedback from engineers regarding functionality of desired app when live.
