Start planing about 2 months before rally.
Brainstorm your rally theme.
Have a rally commissioner to be in charge.
Assign groups a different part of the rally to work on ( whole class) works on rally)
Have a timeline
Have a rally script and MC’s
Virtually Rally download all activities and slides before hand.
Plan transitions between activities (music, beach balls)
Do plenty of run throughs and practice before rally!!!!!
Practice all games with participants ahead of time
Have extra games/Chants/Activities planned and be ready to cut things
Don’t forget to schedule time for clean up.
