Innovative Features
Actually, the login screen does not provide any innovative features. It’s just here to make clear that GGC requires registration to access.
When users register, they are asked to provide a “username”, which must be unique across all registered users. This username is how the user is identified to other users. GGC does not share names or email addresses publicly.
Also, when users register, they are asked to provide their zip code (but no other location information). They are placed into a “chapter” based on their zip code. All information they have access to is local to their chapter.
