Here are your final 2 Book Club project assignments:

• Write a brief description of your video game. Your description should be 4-7 sentences. Use your words to paint a picture in the player’s mind of what it will truly feel like to play your game. Your description should grab the player’s attention and make them want to play the game.

• Design the cover of your video game box. Include the name of your game and at least one of your players should appear on the cover. Make sure and color the box cover. Take a picture of the box cover and email it to me (jschroeter@gunterisd.org) All assignments for Reading are due by Wednesday, May 20th

There is only one assignment this week. Please see the slide for Monday, May 11th for directions and links.

If you have completed this week’s assignment on Line Plots, Stem and Leaf Plots, and Scatter Plots, you may use the rest of this week to catch up on any missing/late assignments. You have until Wednesday, May 20th to get all assignments turned in. However, the sooner you can get them turn in the better.

Science Scavenger Hunt Competition

So you all start at the same time the sheet will be assigned Thursday at 8AM

• You must be finished with all of your science/SS assignments in order to win this competition
• You must take a picture for every item. These MUST be real world pictures-NO INTERNET or magazine pictures etc. They must also CORRECTLY depict what is being asked for.
• All 20 pictures must be emailed to me AT ONE TIME. You must explain what is in each picture.
• You must follow ALL directions for the scavenger hunt or you will be disqualified

The first one in each class to send me pictures of all the items (and follow all directions) will be the winner for that class. For your prize I will bring you lunch from Chick-Fil-A on Monday!
