Think of Your Brain Like Your Cell Phone Battery
Get enough sleep β full recharge
Take social media breaks β Give your mind time to reset
5
Not getting enough sleep -drains your battery
Too much social media β Constant scrolling overloads your brain
Drink enough water β Keeps your brain hydrated and functioning properly
Express your emotions β Talk to someone, write in a journal, or engage in activities that make you happy
Not drinking enough water Dehydrates your brain, making it sluggish.
Holding in emotions like sadness or anger β Suppressing feelings drains your mental energy, just like a phone struggling on low battery.

What Happens?
Days 1-5: Your period occurs; the uterus sheds its lining.
Days 6-14: The body prepares to release an egg (ovulation).
Days 15-28: (but it can range 21-35 days) Hormone levels shift, and PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome) is a mix of physical, emotional, and mood changes that some people experience in the days leading up to their period
