Welcome! This slide show is intended for School of Music graduate students.

The slide show uses written instructions, images, and voiceover narration to explain how you may:

    • Generate a PDF file of your Plan by My Requirements on GPAS
    • Submit your GPAS

Generate a PDF file from

Plan by My Requirements

Go to the “Plan by My Requirements” page.

At the top of the page, find and click on the “View Report as PDF” button.

You can then download and save the file on your computer.

Submit Your GPAS

First, complete the final review of your GPAS with David Hanzal, the Graduate Program Coordinator. To schedule the final review, please make an appointment via email with grad-music@umn.edu. Then, after meeting with David, you may submit your GPAS. ��Before you begin the process, make sure to turn off the pop-up window blocker on your web browser. Then, access your GPAS page.

Click on the “Submit” button, under the Submit for Approval section. After that, please email your Faculty Advisor to notify them that they need to review and approve your GPAS.
