Events internship accomplishments

• From February-October 2024 I helped the Events team with tasks and “other projects as assigned”:
• Led two events, where I managed catering, event space logistics and interacted with per diem staff
• Sortly (digital inventory of snacks, beverages and other supplies)
• Events tracker (spreadsheet of logistics for all 2021-2023 events)
• Edited activities page on the microsite for the foundation’s annual summer event

• Six teams collaborated with between those events
• Over 1,000 attendees registered for events
• Met with 22 colleagues across nine foundation teams and seven sister organizations for informational interviews and to build connections
• Internship was extended four times
